Voice Communication for Gamers
Make sure you are first connected to a Mumble server.
Click on the red record circle in the top menu. You can also get to the record feature by clicking on Self in the top menu and selecting Recording.
Select the Output Format from the drop down list. The default .wav file is the most universal file type that can be easily played on most PC or Mac operating systems.
Set the save location by clicking on the Browse button and navigating to our target directory.
Enter a Filename in the box provide. If you leave it as default it will save it as Mumble and the date, time and user information.
Click the Start button to begin recording.
Once you are finished recording click the Stop button in the Recorder window.
Install the Mumble client software and connect to a Mumble server.
Login and make administrative changes to your Mumble server directly through the Mumble client.
Create channels to organize the conversations taking place on your Mumble server.
Delegate administrative privileges to othe users in your Mumble server.
Ban unwanted users from your Mumble server so they are unable to connect.
Assign permission to connect to your Mumble server or specify a user who has priority to talk.
Backup or import the certificate that identifies you while using Mumble.
Record and playback conversations taking place through the Mumble client.
