To locate your Ventrilo Server’s status, log in to your Control Panel and browse to the Server Status page. The Ventrilo Server Status page in your Control Panel displays your hostname, port, whether the server is online or offline, the people currently connected, and lots of other pertinent information. If you run more than one Ventrilo Server under your account, you will need to use the drop down menu located on this same page to access them.
If you have access to your Control Panel, simply log in, go to the Bans section, find the ban with your name and Internet Protocol (IP) address, and remove it. If you do not know your IP, you can find it here. Your ban will be lifted from your Ventrilo Server as soon as you have deleted the ban and you will be able to log in again.
We do not currently offer a Ventrilo Server Reseller program. Any news of TypeFrag offering a Ventrilo Server Reseller program will be announced on the front page of our website. If you are interested in such a program, please keep watching our front page for any update.
We do not currently offer telephone support and have no immediate plans to do so in the near future. We offered telephone support for a few months and went back to only offering support ticket support after it proving to be easier to keep everything organized and quicker. Our support ticket staff is well trained and responds to all support tickets within the hour and mostly within minutes.
Chances are that you have not selected a location that is near you now, although it may have been when you when first signed up. This can happen, so we have given all customers the option to move to any of our eight locations across the United States and in Europe directly through their Control Panel at no additional cost. The move is instant, all configuration settings remain the same, and it can be accomplished through the Configuration page of your Control Panel.
