Enabling Recording on Your Server
Log in to your server as an administrator.
Right-click anywhere in the white space inside the Ventrilo client, go to Server Admin, and click User Editor.
Select the user profile you wish to enable recording for from the Current Users list.
Go to the Network tab, make sure the Record box is checked, and click Update to apply the changes to your server.
Repeat this process to enable recording for other users.
Recording and Saving a Conversation
Right-click anywhere in the white space inside the Ventrilo Client, go to View, and click Record/Playback.
Click Record, and you will begin recording all conversations within your channel.
Click Stop to cease recording, and then click Save to save the VRF (Ventrilo Recording File) file.
Please note you will need to store your recordings using the following tree structure: "Documents and Settings \ Username \ Application Data \ Ventrilo \ Recordings
Opening and Playing Back Recordings
Right-click anywhere in the white space inside the Ventrilo Client, go to View, and click Record/Playback.
Click Open, select the desired file, and click Play to playback the recording.
