On January 16th, 2012 version 1.2.3a of the Mumble client was released for the Windows platform. This update was released to address the Windows error "A referral was returned from the server," being returned when the Mumble client on your computer is restarted. We recommend that you uninstall your previous version, before downloading and installing Mumble version 1.2.3a.
On February 19th, 2011 version 1.2.3 of the Mumble client was released for each of the Windows, Linux and Mac platforms. This version offered improved voice activity detection, CELT codec sound quality improvements and new features such as priority speaker, recording inside Mumble and a customizable overlay with FPS counter.
